Discouraged

Don’t be discouraged by words you hear.

The clicking track goes to my ears,

My hands still flag and fail to keep the beat.

I find that after all these years

I have not made a single song complete.

Here’s things that don’t make sense

To many people: Crescendo to the end,

Diminuendo first. Semiquavers then

A couple of crotchets. Pull off then bend.
